deposits

Due to our Wellness Studio and Massage Clinic, New COVID19 Pandemic Guidelines deposits for requested appointments are strictly enforced. Please note that any appointment scheduled without the deposit being remitted will be subjected to automatic cancellation. If you would like to pay via cash we recommend establishing a Wellness Membership unless you would like to arrange a time to physically pay in advance.

What to expect: Deposits are requested by a convenient link sent via text message and/or email. The 20% remaining balance will de due after services are rendered (all other details are noted within the invoice).

Deposits are NON-refundable & NON-transferable.

Arrival

Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated. Late arrivals will result in a shortened and/or rescheduled appointment in order to prevent delays for other clients. No Shows are considered more than 15 mins. late for your scheduled appointment.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hrs. prior to your appointment. You will be billed 50% of your reserved appointment if you are a "No Show" and/or cancel without advance notice. Voucher promotional value* will be voided, however, you will be able to redeem the purchased amount* towards the valid service. No Exceptions. Contact the merchant that you purchased your voucher from for any refund request.

Each client is unique, so please let us know in advance (prior to booking) if you have medical conditions such as pregnancy, allergies, heart conditions, high blood pressure, diabetes, etc. This will allow us to personalize your treatments and/or inform you if we are unable to accommodate your needs. The practitioner has full professional discretion to not provide service(s) with any concerns of issues of physical and/or medical contraindications.
